ESTIA DAY FEST
is a multidisciplinary curated event intending to bring together artists of different mediums and calls them to explore their own understanding of the notion of home. ESTIA draws inspiration from the Greek goddess of the home reflecting a source of light, warmth and refuge and is based on a creative practice that invites collaborators to question how their own bodies function as archives, how they synthesize stories from their own past and how they are reimagining their future.
I really enjoyed working with ESTIA Day Fest in May 2022. The event was well organized. The work shared was diverse and very collaborative. One of my favorite parts was connecting with all of the artists presenting. I went on to collaborate with two of the artists in the Fall of 2022. The festival is an opportunity to network and grow our communities in a fun, engaging, and inspiring way.

ESTIA Day Fest was a fantastic experience that connected me with an artistic collaborator that I see myself continuing to work with for many years. I was paired with musician Socha, and we immediately creatively clicked. Post ESTIA, Socha and I have continued to collaborate and perform together and have definitely found reliable creative collaborators in each other. This connection wouldn't have been possible without ESTIA Day Fest and I am forever grateful for the doors ESTIA opened for me in my creative career.
